Born in London on May 1991, Carlo Acutis died in October 2006 in Monza, Italy. A computer enthusiast, Acutis documented Marian apparitions and Eucharistic miracles, and his work has been published on the internet by his parents.
Carlo Acutis was beatified in Assisi, Italy on October 10, 2020. He is the first member of Generation Z to be beatified by the Catholic Church.
In 2002, Acutis was diagnosed with leukemia and died just three days later.
Pope Francis has recognized two miracles attributed to the intercession of Carlo Acutis.
